What if I don’t know which service I need?
Select “Not sure” and describe the symptoms or what you want to improve. Include the type of equipment you have if you know it. A contractor can explain what assessment is needed.
Can I request urgent or weekend service?
You can mark your request as urgent. A contractor must confirm availability, response timing, and any after-hours charges. An enquiry is not a confirmed service appointment.
How much will a repair or installation cost?
